The No Second Chance team have come away from the 2013 Australian Grand Prix with a brilliant result.
Continuing with the fast and consistent ‘just-off-the-podium’ form from Clipsal we were 4th in practice and qualifying on Thursday. This was followed-up with a 4th in race 1 on Friday.
After some very exciting racing the N2C Cupcar finished 3rd on Saturday and 2nd on Sunday.
The consistent top 5 finishes placed us 2nd for the round. Luffy is a little disappointed as he loves spraying people with champagne…
“Well Andy always tells me to win championships you have got to finish races so I am very focused on being consistent this year. It’s something I have learned doing the V8 Supercar endurance races, you ready need to stay out of trouble and look after the car,” said Warren.
“I’m just pumped that I’m doing well for the kids we visit as part of the N2C program. We are trying to encourage them to think and make good decisions because you don’t always get a second chance. The same is true for the race track, you stuff it up and there is N2C.”
Special thanks to our sponsors (including Australian Disaster Recovery) who joined us for the AGP, it’s super competitive this year and it’s great to know we have you behind us.
