Our second presentation for 2015 took the No Second Chance team to St Kilda in Victoria where we presented our confronting story to more than 400 students at Wesley College.
Wesley College is an independent, co-educational, Christian day school based in Melbourne, Australia. Established in 1866, the college is a school of the Uniting Church in Australia.
Wesley is the largest school in Australia by enrollment, with 3,100 students and 564 full-time staff and consists of three main metropolitan campuses, a residential campus, and three outdoor education campuses.
Our presentation was a little different with one of our regular presenters Matt Speakman unable to attend due to ongoing complications from the accident that left him paraplegic nearly 30 years ago.
Our message was no less confronting with Paul Stanley telling the heartbreaking story of losing his son and our Ambassador Warren Luff talking to the students about the importance of road safety and making good life choices.
The No Second Chance message is confronting, we make no apologies for that because the message is important and needs to be told. The decisions we make shape our lives.
Make good decisions and live your dreams. Make dumb decisions and there is No Second Chance!
Our next presentation is in Brisbane in a few weeks at Cavendish Road State High School.
